In March 1997, Heath King started Quality Pressure Washing and Cleaning Services with $450, a Sears Craftsman pressure washer on a 5x10 trailer, and a Chevrolet Lumina to pull it. He was working his way through college, washing houses and running janitorial routes for a local drug store. Nobody handed him a client list or a business plan. He built it one relationship at a time.
What Heath understood early — and what still drives this company today — is that repeat customers aren't won with the lowest price. They're won with consistency, professionalism, and work that holds up. That insight led him to expand into commercial fleet washing, industrial cleaning, restaurant sanitation, and flat surface cleaning, steadily growing the company's capabilities to match the demands of more complex, higher-stakes clients.
Nearly three decades later, Quality Pressure Washing and Cleaning Services employs 25 trained professionals, operates a fleet of eight service trucks, and serves commercial clients across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. The equipment is bigger. The team is larger. The standard is the same as it was on day one.
